Home Safety Network
The Home Safety Network is a support network for parents who are concerned about drug and alcohol use among teens. We are committed to helping our children remain safe and substance free at home parties. We are based on a structured program called Safe Homes, which has various networks throughout the country.
Members of the Home Safety Network agree to:
- Supervise all parties in their home
- Not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21
- Not allow any illegal drugs in their home or on their property
Home Safety Network provides a forum for parents to talk with their children and with other parents about parties and substance use.
Parents are the best protection young people have against drug/alcohol abuse. Remember, friends don’t set boundaries, parents do!
